Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation, as they are immediately processed for packaging and dispatch.

In case of payment failure where the amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, the refund (if applicable) will be processed automatically by the payment gateway (Razorpay) within 5–7 business days, subject to bank policies.
